工作内容：
1. Develops project goals and objectives to complete complex or new capability engineering projects by reviewing project proposals and plans, and conferring with management. Ensures projects meet schedule, cost results, and technical expectations through effective project leadership. 通过审核项目提案，计划并与管理人员（部门）协商开发项目目标，以完成复杂或新能力的工程项目。确保项目按照计划、成本、技术要求进行。
2. Coordinates engineering support to Operations, Quality, Customer Service, etc., establishes projects priorities and serves as a focal point for the engineering team. 作为工程团队的代表，协调对运营、质量、客户服务等部门的工程支持，建立项目优先级。
3. Provides necessary technical/engineering support and resolve problems pertaining to the repair of aircraft components.provide necessary root cause analysis and disposition of the non-conforming parts, -base on technical liaison with OEM technology support groups, customer service and company teams. 解决飞机部件维修相关问题和提供技术/工程支持，并解决飞机部件维修相关产品问题。与OEM技术支持团队、客服及公司其他部门进行技术沟通，对不合格品提供需要的原因分析和处置意见。
4. Review and incorporate approved data (CMM, SB, SL, TR) and customer work instruction. 评估，贯彻获得批准的文件（CMM, SB, SL, TR）及客户的作业指导书。
5. Develop, change, review and implement engineering documents (Drawings, Engineering Reports, Engineering Directives, etc.). 编写，更改，评估及实施工程文件（图纸，工程报告，工程指令等）。
6. To review and ensure all maintenance records of the maintenance, from incoming to outgoing, are documented, accurate and adequately described, defects described, disposition instructed, repair/replace carried out, stamped/signed off, work scope in accordance with maintenance data/customer repair orders, release certificates filed. To ensure the maintenance records are in order, correct and accurate. 审核并确保所有维修记录，从入场检查到发货都能够保存，确保所有的维修记录能够精确并充分的进行描述，包括缺陷记录，处置意见，修理/更换的执行，盖章/签字，工作范围符合维护文件或客户维修订单，存档的放行证书。确保维修记录有序，正确，准确。
7. To perform Final Release, and issue Authorized Release Certificate accordingly. 执行终检，并且进行放行工作。


岗位资质要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree (BS) in engineering. Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through eight or more years of related experience. 工程类本科文凭或具备8年及以上同岗位工作经验。
2. Hold the "Civil Aircraft Maintenance Personnel License" and English level 4, have the required English reading, writing and speaking skills. 持有《民用航空器维修人员执照》且英语等级达到4级，具备工作所需要的英文阅读，写作及会话能力。
3. Ability to use standard business applications software and specialized data analysis tools. 能够使用业务应用软件及专业数据分析工具。
4. Ability to apply test techniques that vary from standard methods to highly automated instrumentation. 能够运用多种测试技术，包括标准方法到高度自动化的测试技术。
5. Familiar with CAAC regulations, and has MRO working experience. 熟悉民用航空器维修管理法规，具有维修工作经验。
