· Lead VAVE, FR projects, ETO, sustaining, evaluation, etc. · Support manager to promote team members' capacity on technical and competency. · Lead and perform mechanical development in project, working closely with R&D colleague (internal or GPL) &suppliers. · Provides robust design with reliability and manufacturability, and meet cost & schedule · Guide other team members in project and provide support in design review. · Coordinate and communicate with other functions. · Provide strong support to sales, customer and productions.
Requirement:
· Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering. · 5+ years in mechanical design experience. · Professional experience in design of sheet metal and plastic parts,and can use the software Creo,AutoCad etc. smoothly . Strong Leadership, Responsible and Proactive ,Good communication, Good logic .
