Accurately and efficiently assembles/tests a variety of complex products to achieve customer quality and on-time delivery schedules. Performs maintenance, repair and overhaul on products that contain mechanical, electronic, and dual hydraulic systems. Works with multiple part assemblies.

岗位资质要求：
1. College or above degree 大专及以上学历；
2. Above 3 years’ direct industry related experience in both assembly/test in a high technology manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Aerospace Industry products desired. 3年以上高技术含量制造环境下组装/测试相关行业经验，了解航空航天行业产品；
3. Demonstrated understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, or fuel products involving electronics, dual systems, and multiple part assemblies.了解液压，气动或燃油产品，涉及电子，双系统和多零件装配件；
4. Proficient in reading and understanding drawings, route sheets, and test specifications. Perform semi-complex mathematical calculations, as well as demonstrate effective verbal, written, and basic computer skills. 能熟练阅读并理解图纸，接线表和测试规范。能进行一般难度的数学计算，掌握良好的读写能力，并有基本的电脑操作；
5. Possess mechanical reasoning. Hydraulic, mechanical and/or electrical background required. Measurement conversion and fluids theory knowledge required for test applications. Leakage, flow, friction and pressure knowledge required. 具备机械原理分析能力，需要具备液压、机械和/或电力基础知识。需要掌握测量转换和流体理论知识，以便测试时应用。需要掌握泄漏、流量、摩擦和压力知识；
6. Accepted the training of CAAC regulations and aerospace standards, Human Factors etc. 经过有关民航法规、国家或行业标准、专业知识、基本技能、工作程序和维修人为因素知识的培训；
7. Hold the "Civil Aircraft Maintenance Personnel License", have the required English reading, writing and speaking skills. 持有《民用航空器维修人员执照》，具备工作所需要的英文阅读，写作及会话能力。

工作内容：
1. Performs complex assembly/test functions utilizing mechanical skills, hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment after completing company working manual and procedure training. 经过公司手册和程序的培训后在生产环境中，利用机械技能，使用手动和电动工具，机械/电子工具，测试设备，装配夹具和检测设备进行复杂的组装和测试任务。
2. Sets up complex test equipment on a variety of products to measure and record valve or system conformance to test specifications. Sets up test stands with appropriate plumbing for hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, tests from required product test specifications.在各种产品上安装复杂的测试设备，测量和记录阀或系统是否符合测试规范。安装含有相应管道的测试台，按所需的产品测试规范进行液压、气动和燃油测试。
3. Verifies accuracy of test stand and set-up prior to testing and makes necessary adjustments to attain specified test results. Trouble shoots and resolves most set up problems independently.校验测试台和装置的精度，在测试前安装好测试台并做必要的校准，以便达到规定的测试结果。排除故障，能独立地解决大部分的测试台安装问题。
4. Conducts tests using common and/or computerized data acquisition equipment (i.e. Labview), and Interprets records test results on data forms. Uses X-Y recorders, oscilloscopes, transducers, and other related equipment. Troubleshoots and reworks malfunctions disclosed by test data independently. Verifies new production assembly and test procedures and recommends processes to achieve desired results. 应用通用的和/或电脑数据采集设备（如Labview），理解测试结果并在数据表上进行记录。使用X-Y记录仪，示波器，传感器和其他相关设备，独立地排除故障，对测试数据反映出的故障重新返工。检验新的生产组装和测试流程，提出建议改进流程，以便达到理想的测试结果。
5. Produces and inspects assemblies that conform to product specifications. Assembles, tests, and/or solders to customer and/or industry standards. 生产和检测符合产品规范的组装件。按照客户要求和/或行业标准进行组装，测试和/或焊接。
6. May perform machining operations related to product repair and acceptance procedures. 可以完成与产品维修和验收流程相关的机械操作。
