Task：
1. 负责生产相关的IT和软件的解决方案，维护和升级工厂内已经开发的应用
Responsible for IT& Software Solution for the Production，maintain and upgrade the current application.
2. 负责工厂内生产需求的IE解决方案的实施，推广和运行的协调，例如MES，E-SFM，MIA，无纸化等
Responsible for coordination of the implementation, roll-out and operation of IT solutions at the production site, e.g. MES, digital SFM, paperless etc.
3. 能够澄清生产端已经存在的特定申请或正在开发的数字化解决方案需求。
Clarify digital solution needs from production side for specific applications existed or under development.
4. 作为所有IT和数字化活动在工厂端的中央连络人和沟通者Central contact person and communicator for all IT & Digitalization activities at the production site
要求Requirement：
1.具备生产经验或者制造行业相关经验，具备IT背景优先。
Experience in production or production related areas，ideally with IT background.
2. 具备程序开发技能（例如IT语言的使用： VBA，Html, Python, Power BI, Mendix或其他低代码平台).
Basic programming skill (Html，VB. Net, Power BI, Mendix )
3. 对基于数据的数字创新有所理解(人工智能，机器人等)
Can understanding of data based，digital innovation (AI, robotics, etc.)
4. 较好的沟通能力
Strong communication skills
