Job Summary: As a Vehicle Engineer, you will have the opportunity to learn from and contribute to the concept, development, and design of systems and configuration Hydraulic Excavator products and processes including aftermarket.

What You Will Do:
1. Be accountable for the design or improvement of complex systems including advanced concepts that align the product strategy, understand complex technical problems and demonstrate the ability to develop creative solutions.
2. Evaluate new products and competitive products and perform product maintenance.
3. Communicate technology of product application as well as the competitive products with customers, team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders to meet their needs.
4. Understanding cost drivers and how to achieve cost reduction goals by technical.
5. Develop and perform on a complex project or program and direct the work with stakeholders. For example, Rebuild & Repair – carry out after market design project in China design team; Parts Cost – Work with procurement team to manage parts cost.
6. Keep up-to-date with technology and developing increased technical breadth and/or depth.

What You Have:

1. Degree: Bachelor's degree

2. Effective Communications:
a. Strong communication skills to lead multiple teams.
b. The ability to understand customers’ needs and collaborate with stakeholders from diverse teams to achieve win-win results.

3. Technical Skills:
a. Solid design knowledge of Excavator on machine or components Level, layout performance, configuration, matching and calculation. Background in Excavator Design Category such as EIC, Hydraulics or E&E is preferred.
b. Experienced in projects management / issue resolution and project leader role is preferred.
c. Be Familiar with national standards of excavator and with China market
d. 5 years engineering experience and above for excavator or other construction machine design experience is preferred

4. Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Could anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in design, manufacturing and testing areas.
