1. Achieve PRODUCT sales target in assigned hospital & territory
2. Promote PRODUCT to target HCPs through planned visit & promotional activity implementation in daily work to enhance PRODUCT endorsement & experience
3. Build KOL advocacy on PRODUCT and drive listing in target hospitals collaborating
4. Shape the market by educating HCPs on hemophilia SOC collaborating with MKT/MA team
5. Rigorously comply with corporate policy & code of conduct
6. Other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications: 职位要求
Education & Work Background:
- Bachelor degree, major in clinical medicine or pharmacy is preferred
- 2-6 years pharmaceutical sales experience, at least 2 yeas MNC experience
- Sales experience in hematology or specialty pharma is preferred

- Mindset & capability in professional clinical promotion
- Business acumen showcased in growth planning/execution and investment allocation
