岗位职责：
1. Manage PQA team routine work, train team member .
管理PQA 日常工作，培训团队成员。
2. Establish PQA personnel skill matrix, implement training and certification, and improve personnel skills
建立PQA人员技能需求矩阵，培训和考核落实，提升人员技能
3.Effectively identify the risk of the process, strengthen the quality control, and continue to promote the yield improvement action through cross department cooperation to achieve the yield target.
有效识别制程的风险性，加强质量管控，跨部门合作持续推动良率改善行动，达成良率目标。
4. Maintain and optimize quality system and ensure it run smoothly in related area.
维护品质体系确保体系可以顺畅运作。
5. Follow up process quality OCAP implementation
跟踪过程品质异常的处理机制落实
6.Supervise the implementation of LPA and review audit findings weekly, push audit findings to closure
监督内部分层审核计划执行，每周审视稽核问题点，推动问题点关闭
7. Monitor factory quality performance. Identify risk point ,optimize control plan .
监控产品品质绩效，识别风险点优化控制计划。 8. Co-work with PQM to deal customer complaint .promote in plant process improvement and standardization promotion 与PQM 合作处理客诉。推动厂内制程改善和标准化推广。
9.Build quality culture，improve quality awareness of all staff .
建立品质文化,提升全员品质意识。
10.Identify CTQ for each process and set up control plan .
识别制程品质关键建立控制计划。
11. Lead the line qualification of general and Copy line, line/site changes
主导通用及Copy line、线体/场地变更时的验收
岗位要求：
1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering is preferred;
本科以上学历电子机械专业优先
2.5 years' experience of quality control/management. familiar PCB/FPC/CCS is a plus.
5年以上品质管理经验，熟悉FPC /PCB/CCS 优先。
3.Familiar with quality system such as ISO9000/QS9000/ISO14001/IATF 16949 etc.
熟悉ISO9000/QS9000/ISO14001/IATF 16949等品质体系。
4.Good knowledge in advance quality tools such as APQP/PPAQ/MSA/SPC/FMEA etc.
品质工具和方法知识深厚
5.Good communicate skill and fluent in English.

6.Capability to lead a team to meet tough target.
