1.Responsible for all process related quality issue or affairs，drive internal process improvement and closed-loop management .

2. Manage the daily work of PQE, give direction to the team, drive each process improvement action to launch, establish KPI of PQE members to drive PQE to achieve the goal .
管理PQE 日常工作，给于团队方向,推动各个制程改善行动展开,建立PQE成员KPI 驱动PQE达成目标。
3.Effectively identify the risk of the process, strengthen the quality control, and continue to promote the yield improvement action through cross department cooperation to achieve the yield target.
有效识别制程的风险性，加强质量管控，跨部门合作持续推动良率改善行动，达成良率目标。
4.Be responsible for the overall operation and target achievement of COQ at the plant side.
负责工厂端的COQ的整体运作以及目标达成。
5.Lead major in process quality related measurement and compile them for tracing and showing compliance to requirement to ensure the reliability of process quality .
带领从事与过程质量有关的测量工作，并将其编制成跟踪和显示符合要求的文件,确保过程质量的可靠性。
6. Maintain normal quality system and ensure it run smoothly in related area.
维护质量体系确保体系可以顺畅运作。
7.Co-work with PQA to deal customer complaint ,promote in plant process improvement and standardization promotion .
与PQA 合作处理客诉,推动厂内制程改善和标准化推广。
8.Together with other departments does necessary preparation for every customer visit，and related client audit matters .
和其他部门一起协同做好客户的到访工作，以及相关客户端的Audit事项推进。
9.Organization and management of daily IPQA activities at plant side .
工厂端日常IPQA活动的组织和管理。
10.Establish quality culture and promotion, improve quality awareness of all staff .
建立品质文化和推动，提升全员品质意识。
要求：
1.至少5年供应商质量管理领域工作经验，包括至少5年的团队领导经验。大中型外资企业工作经验;
5 years+ working experience in supplier quality management at least, include at least 5 years of team leadership experience. Working experience in large and medium-sized foreign-funded enterprises
2. 基于六西格玛和相关数据的质量分析问题解决方法。
Six Sigma and related data-based quality analytical problem solving methodology.
3.优秀的人际沟通能力，优秀的口头和书面表达能力
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, excellent oral and written presentation skills.
4.流利的英语听说读写能力;
Good English communication both in writing and spoken.
