主要工作职责及任务 Main Responsibilities & Tasks
1. 质量体系管理Quality System Management
1) 按IATF16949/QSE 建立文件化质量体系 ，并监督管理和持续改进 Set up the quality system procedures，monitor the management and continuous improvement according to IATF16949/QSE
2) 组织维护内部质量管理和过程质量管理的体系文件，确保其符合性和适宜性 Organize to maintain quality system document about internal quality management and process control document , to ensure it conformity and suitability
3）确保 QSE 在工厂的部署和执行，组织开展由总经理领导的管理评审Ensure QSE deployment and executive in the plant. Organize to do the management review leaded by GM.
2. 内部过程质量管理 Internal process quality management
1) 与UAP经理及质量经理定义生产质量绩效 Define line quality performance indicators with UAP manager and Quality manager
2) 参与现场质量问题处理，特别是客户抱怨的处理，采取围堵措施，协调支持功能建立改正行动计划(8D等)并跟踪其有效性．Deal with line quality problems, especially customer complaint, take containment actions, coordinated support functions, build corrective action plans（8D report, etc…）and follow the efficiency.
3) 工厂内部的生产报废管理，推动报废的收敛计划导入，持续收敛报废 Manage production scrap within plant, promote scrap convergence plan import and continuously converge scrap.
4) 生产发生批量不良时，停线申请的发出 Release Stop Line Application when serial non-conformity happens
5)生产线过程审核管理(S/R & PQA Etc.) Manage Press/Laser Welding/Pre-assembly/Painting lines process audit(S/R & PQA , etc…).
6) 参与公司内部质量改进 Participate with other department to improve Quality
3.附加和其它工作任务Other and Specific Missions
1)遵守健康安全环境规定Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
2) 确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等Ensure full respect of Code of ethics\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company.
3)保证和部门经理和其他部门的透明和及时沟通Ensure transparent and timely communication with Dept, Manager and other staff
4)部门经理交给的其他临时工作Others temporary job given by Dept, Manager
岗位任职资格Position Qualifications
最低教育程度Minimum education level: 大学本科学历Bachelor Degree
语言Language：基本的英语读写能力Basic English skill in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
理想候选人的任职资格The ideal candidate will have/be:
经验Experience:
3年以上汽车制造行业工作经验; 1年以上的过程质量管理经验 At least 3 years working experience in Automotive Manufacturing Industrial and at least 1 years in process quality management
技能和知识Skills and competencies
o 质量管理理论和方法 Quality management theory and method
1 问题解决工具(8D)的理论和方法 The theory and method of quality improve tools (8D)
2 质量工具 (PFEMA/APQP/SPC/MSA) 的理论和方法 the theory and method of quality tools (PFMEA/APQP/SPC/MSA)
3 生产质量8个基本要素 8 Production Quality basics
o 熟悉汽车行业过程审核和产品审核的标准，如：VDA6.3，VD6.5
o 机械图纸的理解和运用，尤其是GD&T. Understanding/adoption drawing，especially the knowledge of GD&T.
