1. 协助部门经理对（湿制程所有工位）的全面管理，与相关部门合作完成生产和出货计划，完成部门KPI指标；

2. 负责监督每日生产计划的实施情况;
Monitor daily production plan achievement.
3. 负责监督人员的合理安排和培训工作；
Manpower proper allocation and training.
4. 负责监督生产设备的日常正常运行；
Responsible for supervising the normal operation of production equipment.
5. 负责监督日常物料的合理控制，并持续降本增效；
Responsible for supervising the reasonable control of daily materials, and continuously reduce cost and increase efficiency.
6. 负责监督本部门安全生产；人员安全 品质安全 设备安全；
Responsible for supervising production safety of the department; Personnel safety Quality safety equipment safety .
7.负责应对本部门客户审核问题改善情况；
Responsible for the improvement of customer audit problems in the department.
8.负责本部门增量扩展layout规划审核；
Responsible for the department's incremental expansion layout planning review.
9.负责本部门梯队建设，组织架构扩展；
Responsible for the department's echelon construction and organizational structure expansion.
10.负责监督本部门工作现场和环境得到有效的管理和控制；
Make sure production floor and environment under control.
11. 负责监督与其它部门的沟通和协调;
Responsible for supervising communication and coordination with other departments.
12.负责监督生产效率和成本的改善与提升；
In charge efficiency and cost control improvement.
13. 负责监督品质问题能有效地及时反馈，并与其它部门一起，使产品的品质得到有效的保证和不断的改善/提高；
Highlight and feedback quality issue efficiently in time. Work together with relative department for quality efficient assurance and continuous improvement.
要求：
1.大专级以上学历，理工科专业；经验丰富的可放宽学历；

具有6年以上FPC企业生产管理的工作经验；
More than 6 years working experience in FPC production management.
