1. Improve and refine plant quality system,ensure all system requirements are thoroughly executed within plant 2. Set up plant quality target such as COPQ(Cost of Poor Quality), number of customer complain, annual sorting cost, scrap cost… 3. Monitor quality performance in production line and customer side, lead to define measures for improvement from development stage throughout mass production and EOP(End of Production) 4. Oversee all internal and external customer audits from preparation period to audit finding closing 5. Provide quick and satisfactory responses to any customer concerns by collaborating with cross-functional teams 6. Get involved in all advanced product quality planning procedures to ensure high product quality in mass production 7. Have authority to shut down production activities against any abnormal quality process controlling requirement 8. Be responsible for quality department budget controlling and team performance continuous improvement 9. ● Practical experience in leading quality improvement activities/projects in plant ● Knowledge with wire harness or connector product is preferred ● Excellent oral and written English skills ● Proficiency in auto industry quality system such as ISO 9000/QS9000 /IATF16949/ VDA6.3 ● Be able to use compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others ● Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances ● Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. ● Adaptive to Change ● Strong logic thinking ability ● Strong team management skills
