岗位职责 1. Lead team to focus on business growth & achieve assigned booking target 2. Manage team to get account receivable on time 3. Manage team to replace competitor’s and increase market share in tiers customer 4. Review with team to review progress and major issue on the regular meeting 5. Lead & coach sales team to support revenue targets 6. Establish strong customer relationships and responsiveness through regular meetings. 7. Be recognized by the customer as a connection system expert 8. Identify robust, cost effective connection system appropriate for the target market 9. 岗位要求
1. Bachelor degree in business or related 2. At least 5 years sales team management experience in Multinational company 3. Basic knowledge in IATF16949 4. Previous connection systems experience, knowledge of automotive market is prefer 1. 商务或相关专业本科学历 2. 5年以上跨国公司销售团队管理经验 3. 具备IATF16949的基本知识 4. 具有连接系统工作经验,熟悉汽车市场者优先
