List the tasks, duties and responsibilities of the position that are most important to get the job done.

Execute daily activities with full compliance of basic EHS and Quality standards.

Implement FP&R (focus on 5S, PM, CI, PC, SF) effectively to improve safety, quality, UPDT, SMED and prolong equipment life.

Involve in the new technologies introduction in terms of IoT, smart sensors, additive manufacturing and advanced data analytics, etc. to drive no-touch quality and higher efficiency.

Lead the technician team to implement daily CM/PM works to address EHS, quality and productivity related issues.

Manage spare parts stocking and MRO spending at a reasonable level

Lead or manage the assigned projects to continuously improve safety, quality and productivity

Proactively involved in new technology study, trial and adopting for product innovation and business growth

Responsible for technician team’s engagement and development to build a capable team with positive morale

Required qualifications任职资格：

Education教育水平:?Bachelor and above
Major专业:?Mechanical /Engineering /Electrical /Automation related
Experience经验:?5+ years of functional experience, on-hand experience in mechanical/automation industry or equipment maintenance

RCA and problem solving, CI

Electrical mechanical pneumatic hydraulic

Digital method/tools & data analytics

Skilled in EAM/Opera/EDS system
