84 支持 4M 变更评估
84 提供工艺 DOE 设计、测试和分析方面的技术建议
84 支持设备/工具识别，为设备选择提供技术建议
84 严格的故障分析、根本原因分析、纠正措施并与跨职能团队就问题进行沟通，解决工艺问题以提高质量、工艺能力和产量
84 开发新工艺技术并将其应用于试验生产线
84 审查不同阶段的工艺文件（A/B/C 样品）
84 Support for 4M change evaluation
84 Provide technical advice on process DOE design, test and analysis
84 Support for equipment/tooling recognition, provide technical advice for equipment selection
84 Rigorous failure analysis, root cause analysis, corrective action and communication to the cross functional teams on issues, Solve process issues to improve quality, process ability and yield
84 Develop new process technology and apply it on pilot line
84 Review of process document in different Stages (A/B/C samples)

84 高度灵活性，能够在压力下工作
84 深厚的电池技术知识
84 至少 2-5 年的电池工作经验
84 至少 3 年电池工艺经验
84 在混合、涂层、棱柱电池组装和化成（一个或多个）领域具有深厚知识。
84 熟悉 CP PFMEA PFD
84 熟悉 8D 方法
84 欢迎 Microsoft office 和 Minitab 专业人员
84 良好的沟通能力： 英语和中文，德语优先
84 至少 2-5 年细胞工作经验
84 至少 3 年电池工艺经验
84 电化学、化学、材料学学士或硕士学位。
84 良好的英语口语和写作能力，德语优先。

84 High flexibility and able to work under pressure
84 Deep technical knowledge of battery technology
84 At least 2-5 years of working experience in the cell
84 At least 3 years’ experience in cell process
84 Deep knowledge in (one or more) fields of mixing, coating, assembly of prismatic cell, and formation.
84 Familiar with CP PFMEA PFD
84 Familiar with 8D method
84 Professional in Microsoft office and Minitab is welcome
84 Superior communication skills: English and Chinese, German preferred
84 At least 2-5 years of working experience in the cell
84 At least 3 years’ experience in cell process
84 Bachelor or master degree in electrochemistry, chemistry, material.
84 Good English in speech and writing, German preferred.
