What are my responsibilities?
To drive and monitor Motor develop and validation, Moter Manufacturing Process develop, Supplier development and Qualification, and Quality Control Plan.
To organize PTM weekly meeting and do monthly presentation in STECO meeting for
To handover project to production smoothly by driving the PTM prepare activity.
To cooperate with product Manager to prepare the product sales release and market launch.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Understanding basic motor and mechanical product development and manufacturing process.
More than 5 years experience in design, manufacturing, or project management.
Demonstrate leadership skill for working with people from different background and be able to identify or forecast the risk or issue and correcting it.
What else do I need to know?
Have strong experience for project management.
Having experience working with international team.
