What are my responsibilities? 1. Use computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software (e.g. Fluent, Star - CCM +) to conduct motor fluid simulation.(使用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件(如 Fluent、Star - CCM +)进行电机流体仿真。) 2. Perform heat transfer simulation calculations, including analyzing the heat transfer process within the motor under different operating conditions.(进行传热仿真计算,包括分析电机在不同运行条件下的内部传热过程。) 3. Analyze the motor's heat transfer structure to optimize the design based on simulation results for better heat dissipation.(分析电机的传热结构,根据仿真结果优化设计以实现更好的散热。) 4. Cooperate with relevant teams to understand the temperature rise test of the motor and provide theoretical support based on simulation analysis.(与相关团队合作,了解电机的温升测试,并根据仿真分析提供理论支持。 What do I need to qualify for this job? 1. Major in motor thermal engineering, fluid mechanics, or related fields; bachelor's degree or above.(电机、热工、流体力学或相关专业,本科及以上学历。) 2. Familiar with the basic principles of heat transfer and fluid mechanics, and have a solid theoretical foundation in motor heat transfer problems.(熟悉传热和流体力学的基本原理,在电机传热问题上有扎实的理论基础。) 3. Proficient in using CFD software and have relevant project experience in fluid simulation.(熟练使用 CFD 软件,有流体仿真相关项目经验。) 4. Have a certain understanding of the heat transfer structure of the motor, including the structure of cooling channels, heat sinks, etc.(对电机的传热结构有一定了解,包括冷却通道、散热器等结构。) 5. Have a basic understanding of the motor's temperature rise test methods and principles, and be able to use simulation results to analyze and explain test data.(对电机的温升测试方法和原理有基本了解,能够利用仿真结果分析和解释测试数据。) 6. Good at data analysis and interpretation of simulation results to provide valuable suggestions for design improvement.(善于对仿真结果进行数据分析和解读,为设计改进提供有价值的建议。) 7. Be familiar with design software such as Ansoft, AutoCAD, SolidWorks and etc.熟练使用Ansoft、AutoCAD、Solid Works 等设计软件; 8. Have a better understanding about motor will be preferred -较系统地掌握电机优先考虑。
What else do I need to know? Good English reading and writing skills to be able to study international - level technical literature.(良好的英语读写能力,能够研读国际水平的技术文献。)
