What are my responsibilities? 1. Responsible for motor vibration control, including rotor dynamics analysis, motor vibration simulation, energy decoupling analysis, and vibration reduction control. 负责电机振动控制研究,包括转子动力学分析、电机振动仿真、能量解耦分析和减振控制等工作; 2. Participate in NVH design optimization of motors, provide electromagnetic and structural optimization suggestions. 参与产品的NVH设计优化,提供电磁和结构的优化建议; 3. Focus on frontier technologies in vibration and noise reduction field, and apply them to products. 关注减震降噪领域前沿技术,并研究应用推动技术落地;
What do I need to qualify for this job? 1. Major in Motor, mechanical or automatic; bachelor or above degree 电机、机械或机电一体化专业,本科及以上学历; 2. Have a solid foundation in modal, vibration, and noise theory, familiar with motor NVH mechanism, electromagnetics, fatigue and damage, and other related knowledge; know well about signal processing, be proficient in using time-frequency analysis methods such as FFT and wavelet analysis. 有扎实的模态、振动和噪声理论基础,熟悉电机的NVH机理和电磁学、疲劳损伤等相关知识;掌握信号处理基本知识,能熟练运用FFT、小波分析等时频分析方法; 3. Proficient in mainstream simulation software such as ANSYS, ABAQUS, Simcenter, etc., capable of conducting complex system dynamics simulation analysis, including modal analysis, vibration simulation, vibration transmission path analysis, and vibration reduction optimization analysis. 精通主流仿真软件,如:ansys,ABAQUS,simcenter等,能够进行复杂整机动力学仿真分析,包括模态分析、振动仿真、振动传递路径分析和减振优化分析; 4. Experienced in modal, vibration, noise simulation and testing, and has rich experience in motor NVH analysis and improvement. 有模态、振动、噪声仿真和测试经验,具备丰富的电机NVH分析改进经验; 5. Familiar with motor development process, experienced in motor fault diagnosis is preferred.熟悉电机开发流程,有电机故障诊断经验者优先;
