The Program Manager is responsible for the development and execution of a portfolio of projects and programs for the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the program is completed on time and within budget and also act as a liaison between the individuals working on the program and key stakeholders.
General Responsibilities 61 Leads multiple project activities throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints 61 Work closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiative 61 Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities 61 Apply change, risk and resource management 61 Resolve projects’ higher scope issues 61 Assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. 61 Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction and team member performance 61 Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved 61 Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services 61 Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle 61 Analyzing program risk
Experience / Qualifications 61 A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience 61 Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands 61 Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation 61 Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results 61 Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity 61 Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards 61 Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) 61 Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
