Take lead for overall lab management including (but not only) below item 1 to 10.
1. To establish the lab testing including the equipment and test method set up.
2. Lead technician team to implement IQC, IPQC and FQC for products.
3. Work with technical department to complete formula verification and transfer to plant.
4. Maintain bulk BoM, site recipe and production version in SAP.
5. Lab facility and equipment management to meet the requirements of EHS, 5S, IATF etc.
6. Maintain and update VLIMS.
7. Work with cross functional teams for root cause investigation and continuous improvements.
8. 3rd party test arrangement.
9. MSA&Calibration.
10. Product audit and QAV partly.
