We are looking for a new colleague in the Quality Dept. at our location in
Zhangjiagang.




Your tasks:

· Quality planner for new projects (Quality target definition, APQP planning,
quality gate, review, launch readiness, supplier readiness, GP12, customer
release...)

· Customer approval for mass production change.

· Customer audits and follow-up.

· CSR evaluation and negotiation.

· Customer complaint handling and problem solving with the team.

· Quality target definition for new project.

· Cross-functional activities. (meetings, workshops…)

· Sample quality assurance.

· Lessons learnt for new projects.

· Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Your profile:

· Min.3 years working experience in automotive manufacturing enterprises.

· Project quality, quality planning or customer quality experience is required.

· Bachelor degree or above.

· Fluent in both written and oral English.

· Quality systematic all over knowledge.

· Quality planning ability.

· Problem solving skills.

· Familiar with IATF16949, Quality tools, Poka Yoke, project management…
