职位描述
岗位职责:
1.Conduct gas product market investigation to develop potential customers.
2.Subdivide regional sales work according to sales plan, formulate & implement KPI of sales and AP.
3.Conduct customers visit and negotiation, draft sales proposals and contracts.
4.Responsible for reconciling and collecting accounts with customers to ensure that sales payment collection and company interests against losses.
5.Collect customer information (incl. customer background information, sales channels, supply channels, operating conditions and characteristics) and market information (incl. price information, competitive products, competitive information, user demand and after-sales evaluation), and make objective analysis to provide basis to formulate sales strategies.
6.Follow up and guide the sales tasks to promote the achievement of sales targets.
7.Timely grasp customer needs, introduce the company's product information and future product trends to stimulate and guide customers to purchase.
8.Optimize customer structure according to the company's sales strategy to improve efficiency and reduce sales & distribution costs.
9.Be a bridge between customers and operation team, bring customers’ feedback of the on-site equipment operation situation and customers’ maintenance requirements for operation team to make equipment maintenance plans.
10.Responsible for the management and guidance of the staff in subordinate functions, reasonable allocation of work tasks, coordination of internal relations and initiate the staff.
11.Complete other work arranged by superiors.
1、进行气体市场调查,寻找并开发潜在客户。
2、部门设订的销售计划对所负责管理的区域进行工作的细分,拟定区域销售和回款指标并予以部署和实施。
3、拜访客户,商谈、拟定销售方案和销售合同。
4、负责与客户对帐、收款,确保销售回款及公司利益不受损失。
5、收集客户信息(客户背景档案信息、销售渠道、供货渠道、经营状况及经营特征)及市场信息(包括价格信息、竞争产品、竞争信息、用户需求及售后评价信息),并作出客观的分析,为制定销售策略提供依据。
6、对分管的销售任务进行跟进和指导,促进销售目标的达成。
7、及时掌握客户需求,传播公司产品信息及未来产品变化方向,激发并引导客户购买产品。
8、根据公司销售策略,优化客户结构,以提高效率,降低销售及配送成本。
9、反馈所辖现场供气设备运行情况及客户对设备的维护要求,为生产部制订设备维护保养计划提供信息。
10、负责管理和指导下属各职能的员工,合理分配工作任务,协调内部关系,调动员工的能动性。
11、完成上级安排的其他工作。
任职要求:
1.College degree or above in chemical engineering, marketing, etc.,
2.Over 2 years of work experience in similar position or over 5 years of sales experience with good sales performance,
3.Familiar with marketing related knowledge, understand the basic knowledge of financial management, information management and gas application,
4.Proficient in office software,
5.Good English oral and written skills,
6.Good interpersonal and communication skills,
7.Good team management skills.
1.化工类(理工科)、市场营销大专及以上学历。
2.具备2年以上同等岗位工作经验或5年以上销售经验并具备良好销售业绩。
3.熟悉市场营销相关知识,了解财务管理、信息管理以及气体应用的基本知识。
4.具有熟练使用计算机及办公软件的能力;
5.具备良好的英语读、写能力,英语口语佳;
6.具备良好的人际交往及沟通协调能力;
7.具有团队管理能力。
