Manage the new products and new introduced alternative raw materials, building up the operation standards about the new introduced raw materials and products on testing methods to guide QC and production, developing the stable process to ensure the stable quality of the new introduced products.
Job Responsibilities 1.Reduce the cost by implement the alternative raw materials together with R&D and Purchasing. 2.Improve company competitiveness by introducing new products. 3.Improve the production efficiency by stabilizing production process. 4.Improve the mill capacity by optimize the mill process.
Main Tasks 1.Follow the procedure of introducing alternative RMs, new RMs & Products, arrange the training to QC & Production if needed. 2.Optimize quality and process control about the new introduced products to suit local production environment. 3.Solve the production problem by supervising the batches at the workshop and making samples in Process lab. 4.Modify the production process to make it more stable and consistent. 5.Standardize the charging and filling process to guide the Production & QC operation and keep up to date. 6.Optimize the milling procedure to improve the milling efficiency. 7.Do continuous improvement on HSE & Process.
