Participate in and support the handling of customer complaints during new projects 2. 主导客户量产后年度审核及支持体系审核. Lead customer the annual audit and support customer system audit after SOP. 3. 主导客户端量产后问题分析,协调,汇报. Lead analysis customer 0km issue, coordinate and report 4. 主导客户端售后问题分析,协调,汇报. Lead analysis customer warranty issue,FFArelated, coordinate and report. 5. 主导客户端的满意度调查及相关问题的提高和改善. Lead Customer satisfaction and relevant questions improve. 6. 协助内外部客户端变更及沟通. Coordinate internal and external customer change and communication. 7. 协助内外部质量系统,过程及产品审核 Coordinate internal and external system, process & product audits. 8. 培训并提升员工对质量要求,质量意识以及过程控制点的理解 Train and promote employees on quality requirement and awareness, in-process controls. 9. 客户端质量团队管理 Lead Customer quality team. 10. CQE及CQT团队成员的KPI设定及考核 CQE & CQT’s KPI set up and evaluation Your Profile: 1. 3年(或以上)制造型企业质量工作经验, 并且至少1年以上客户质量主管岗位 3 or more years manufacturing industry quality working experience and 1 year customer quality supervisor experience. 2. 掌握质量相关工具,如FMEA, MSA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, 3X5Why, 8D, 过程审核. Experienced in quality-related tools such as FMEA, MSA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, 3X5Why, 8D, Process audit. 3. 有汽车零部件行业机构件组装经验优先考虑 Experienced background in mechanical assembly in an automotive industry is an added advantage.
