We are looking for: The Sales Executive will develop and manage the customers in line with Oil & Gas Strategy , Support business growth to achieve the commercial plan targets. He/she will report to Site Sales Manager and work close with GBU Business development, R&I and customer service team We count on you for: Be accountable for the sales and profitability of the assigned customers in Chinese NaHypo Market. To execute and deliver the commercial plans in terms of volume, sales and margin. Build strong customer intimacy to achieve long-term partnership Identify and develop new sales opportunities, assess customer needs and potential, propose a business development and action plan Produce accurate opportunities lists and forecasts Ensure sales and profitability of assigned Customers/prospects in China. Define, establish, implement the business and action plans in order to achieve sales and profit objectives in line with Oil & Gas NaHypo business strategy Drive sales through channel management and deploy strategy for both Direct/Indirect sales. Manage local opportunities and project pipes to ensure successful commercialization Manage commercial excellence initiatives in accordance with business targets Ensure constant feedback of market trend, competitive movement and customer requirements to regional commercial team, BD team, production and supply chain.
