Job Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the process, the quality/setting up/parameter adjustment/fixture design e.t.c., and maintain the process stable.
2. Identify a continuous improvement on critical/bottleneck process autonomously.
3. Coordinate with sales team to prepare the samples.
4. Optimize the current process efficiency, reduction of scrap rate/CT..e.t.c
5. Be in charged BOM/routing creation and maintenance.
6. Be in charged mold design according to customer request.
7. Responsible for SOP documents and training to employees.
8. Responsible for the project development based on the APQP procedure.
9. Lead the qualification of the new material and processed, and complete the PCN.
10. Responsbile for the preparation of the documents of PPAP.
11. Submit the documents in customer system.
12.Complete the other jobs assigned by boss.
Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Polymers, Materials, and Automation engineering, and the Automotive background is preferred.
2. At least 3 years relative experiance in Automobile.
3. Strong learning and thinking ability.
4. Know some quality tools and how to apply them, for example APQP/FMEA/SPC/MSA e.t.c
5. Have a certainskills in collecting, processing and analyzing the data.
6. Fluent in written and spoken Engnish.
7. Can use CAD to draw drawings.
8. Good communcation skill.

岗位职责：
1.负责工艺/质量/设定/参数调整/夹具设计等工作，并保持工艺稳定。
2. 自主确认关键/瓶颈过程的持续改进。
3. 配合销售团队准备样品。
4.优化当前工艺流程，降低废品率等。
5. 负责材料组成/工序产出的创建和维护。
6. 根据客户要求负责模具设计和验证。
7. 负责量产文件的编写和员工培训。
8. 用APQP工具来主导项目的开发。
9. 主导新材料和新工艺的导入，并完成内部的变更流程。
10. 负责PPAP文件的编制。
11. 在客户系统中提交相关文件。
12.完成上级安排的其他工作。
任职条件：
1. 本科以上学历，高分子，材料，自动化工程专业，有汽车行业经验优先。
2. 3年以上汽车相关工作经验。
3. 较强的学习和思考能力。
4. 了解一些质量工具以及应用方法，如APQP/FMEA/SPC/MSA等
5. 具备一定的数据收集、处理和分析能力。
6. 英语读写流利。
7. 能使用CAD绘制图纸。
8. 良好的沟通能力。
