Position Overview: The Assistant provides high-level administrative support to Zhangjiagang for both external VIP visit and internal team activities to ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to manage relationships and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily Schedule Support for Site important activities: * Maintain site agenda and assist in planning professional scheduling for client/VIP visit and external meeting and agenda. Including calendar management, travel arrangements, and planning appointments etc. * Fully assist daily operations, including but not limited to well-plan and design the schedule, organizeplant-level & leadership meetings and workshops. * Employee Relationship Management: * Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in the organization of team-building activities. * Gather feedback from employees to present to management team to fostering a positiveworking environment culture. * Stakeholder Communication: * Coordinate visits of guests and customers and provide assistance as per requirement. * Serve as the primary point of contact on-behalf of site leader for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication. * Coordinate meetings and events involving stakeholders, preparing agendas and follow-up action items if involved. * Project Coordination: * Assist in the planning and execution of special projects require from internal stakeholder or external request. * Other Support: * Internal document admin support like company chop application and maintain, etc. Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. * 3+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. * Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and be good at English. * Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
