Responsibilities 岗位职责:
80Participate new product development, evaluate the productibility 参与新产品研发，并进行可生产性评估
80Design new product manufacture process, prepare manufacturing working instruction, process flow chart, control plan, etc.
设计新产品生产工艺，并编制作业指导书、过程流程图、控制计划等工艺文件
80Design manufacturing fixture and tool
设计生产工装夹具
80Sample plan, manufacture, coordinate and track 样件的排产、生产、协调和追踪
80Optimize manufacturing process, improve manufacturing efficiency, support to solve manufacturing problem
优化生产工艺，提高生产效率，支持生产解决生产中问题
Qualification 任职要求:
80Bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical, automation or related above 机械、电气、自动化等相关专业本科及以上
80Proficient in CREO/UG/Solidworks
熟练使用CREO/UG/Solidworks等制图软件
80With pump, E-motor, Inverter manufacturing process development experience are preferred
有泵、电机、控制器生产工艺开发经验者优先
80Familiar with TS16949 system are preferred
熟悉TS16949体系者优先
80Team player, high sense of responsibility, pro-active
团队合作能力强，责任心强，积极主动
