岗位要求Requirement：
1. 应届毕业生或毕业2年内. Recent graduates or graduated within 2 years.
2. 本科以上学历. Bachelor degree or above。
3. 具备良好的英文听说读写能力 Good English skill in listening, reading, speaking and writing.
4. 理工科背景，无机非金属、材料学、机械类、工业类、化学化工类等相关理工科专业优先。Inorganic nonmetallic, materials, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, chemical engineering，industry design or related major is preferred.

培养路径 The cultivating path：
圣华学院（6个月，轮岗+定向）→ 定向部门培养专业知识（1-3年）→ 部门关键岗位发展
SGD Pharma Academy (6 months, job rotation + orientation) → Specialized knowledge training in orientation department (1-3 years) → Key position development in the department
