Job Description:
1. Responsible for the preparation of project commissioning plan, operating procedures and training outline, commissioning plan and operation plan;
2.At least 20 years working experiences in Engineering Industry and 5 years above on the same position.
3.International project experience is required (as EPCM/ Owner representative).
4.Strong management and communication skill.
5.Fluent English.
