工作职责: 1.Take charge of technical-didactical educational projects including CNC machine tools; 负责技术教学及教育项目包括数控机床产品的销售; 2.Manage and coordinate the whole sales process including quotation, negotiations, sales contracts, delivery dates, post-sales services coordination, order receipts, customer payment collection, FAP collection and etc. 管理和协调整个销售流程,包括报价、谈判、销售合同签订、发货日期确认、售后服务跟进协调、订单跟进、客户付款、最终验收协议签收跟进等事宜; 3.Establish long term cooperation with institutions within the educational sector; 与研究院等教育机构建立长期合作关系; 4.Implement and follow up the cooperation with for e.g. the MOE in the assigned region; 实施和跟进所负责区域的项目合作,例如教育部所属项目; 5.Identify new customers as well as ongoing consult with a defined customer base; 识别新客户并对已经确定的客户群提供咨询; 6.Continuously monitor the market and conduct market analysis; 负责现有市场的监管和市场分析; 7.Ensure all sales activities meet company policies 确保所有销售活动符合公司政策; 8.Represent the company at exhibitions, open houses and other marketing events 参加展会以及开放日等市场活动; 9.Other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor; 上级安排的其他任务;
任职要求: 1.College degree and above, major in Mechanical Engineering or relative is preferred 大专及以上学历,机电一体化及相关专业优先 2.Minimum 2 years sales experience in relative industry, experience in foreign company is preferred 至少两年相关行业销售经验,有外企公司工作背景者优先考虑 3.Excellent communication skills, pro-active and independent, team worker 良好的沟通能力,具有主动、独立的工作能力及团队协作精神 4.Be familiar with the area is preferred 熟悉负责的区域优先 5.Be familiar with education industry is preferred 熟悉教育行业优先 6.Frequent travelling is required 能适应经常出差
