主要工作目的Main Purpose of the job: - 收集客户质量信息(客户下达的指标、年度/月度绩效结果等),及时传递给直属经理。 Collect quality information(customer target,performance assessment monthly and annual)from the customer, and transfer to line manager 主要工作Main missions: - 客户质量信息协调处理及管理实验室工作Manage customer information & Lab - 对在客户处的不良和扣分进行确认 Judge the non-conformation and Penalty treatment at customers’ site - 对客户发出的不良反应,采取即时围堵政策,并通过UAP QRCI,制定纠正预防措施,验证结果,并向客户反馈。 Take containment vs the customer complain immediately, and analysis the cause by UAP QRQC, take preventive/corrective action, to validate the result, and return the feedback to the customer. - 确认/分析客户处报废品、售后退回品,组织相关职能功能采取纠正预防措施。 Judge and analysis the Scraps and warranty returns from the customers,organize the relevant department to take preventive/corrective action. - 参与过程流程图、失效模式分析、控制计划的编制评审,负责产品的试验指导书。 Participate to the PFC,PFEMA,Control Plan, Products Operation Instruction creation and review. In Charge of creation for Products testing instruction. - 实施MSA, 确保测量系统的适用性、有效性 Actualize MSA to ensure the measurement system applicability and validity - 实施产品审核,并跟踪通报趋势 Actualize the product audit and follow up and open the trend
