OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE OF JOB：
Provide strong professional supports for regional sales team and customers to enhance the business growth actively and partnership.

KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Be responsible for regional professional service, including: professional training for different sales channel, enhance customers partnership, improve ECP’s professional level, promote business growth.
2. Be responsible for maintaining cooperating relationship with local KOLs and optometry school, executing the key training programs, such as B+L University, IACLE training
3. Build the most professional local sales team

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING：
1. Education background of Optometry/ Ophthalmology University
2. Ophthalmologist or Optometrist.
3. Training experience

EXPERIENCE/ COMPETENCIES：
Working experience as professional affairs or medical affairs in multinational company for more than 2 years.
- Familiar to the optometry industry .
- Experience in training and lecturing for more than 2 years.
- Good teamwork and cooperate attitude
