To coordinate and to ensure correct selection, recruitment, development and administration of human resources in order to achieve business objectives, according to the labour law and following the Meliá policies. Also have to secure and maintain good work relations, good employee satisfaction and a good working environment.

To recruit and select all key positions and to oversee and manage recruitment, selection and the hiring process of staff in order to fill successfully all the vacancies
所有关键岗位职能的招聘筛选,计划并且管理招聘流程来满足酒店用人需求;

Provides recruitment and general staff information, statistics and Human Resources Reports for the General Manager and Head Office.
汇报总经理以及酒店管理集团所有招聘信息、员工信息、数据以及人力资源报告;

To manage the internal communication system and distribute the company’s information within the staff.
管理酒店内部的沟通系统,在内部发布公司信息;

Have direct involvement in service provision within the following functional areas: Discipline, staffing matters, terms and conditions of employment, absence, redundancies, counselling and welfare.
在以下职能区域直接指定相应的人事条款:员工规章制度,与招聘相关的规定,休假,裁员以及员工福利;
Responsibility for developing, implementing, monitoring and updating a flexible reward system for employees, ensuring that it is competitive with comparable hotel organisations and supports the Company’s mission and values.
负责制定,实施,监控和更新员工的奖励制度,以确保它与酒店的组织竞争力,并支持公司的使命和价值观;

To promote a culture of Development in the Hotel for all the employees with High Potential.
在员工中间,鼓励员工个人发展,鼓励发展成为一种文化,对有潜力的员工重视其自身发展;

Oversee the design, follow-up and evaluation of the Development Plans.
制定的人力资源发展计划,及时预测、跟进以及评估;

To prepare and manage budgets for recruitment, training and development.
制定招聘、培训以及个人发展的相应预算;

Participate in the meeting of the manager and the meeting of the Department, to convey the hotel management and superior instructions, to coordinate with other departments.
参加经理例会及主持部门会议,传达酒店管理层及上级指示,协调与其它部门关系;

Set team goals in consultation with team members according to hotel/department goal, policies and practices.
根据酒店/部门目标、政策和实际情况与团队成员共同设立团队目标;

Maintain personal presentation to hotel and MHI standards.
根据酒店及美利亚集团标准保持个人形象;

Demonstrate professional attitude and behavior at all times.
在任何时候表现专业态度和行为;
Abide by both the hotel and MHI policies and procedures.
遵守酒店和美利亚集团政策及执行程序;

Interact with department and hotel associates in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
以专业的、积极的方式与部门及酒店员工建立起密切关系有促进团队精神和有效的双向沟通。
