1.Identify the unqualified products, isolate and deal with them according to the process确认不合格产品，按流程隔离和处理
2.Ensure the reworking in the correct way, and can achieve the quality requirements确保返工工作按正确的方法，并能达到质量要求
3.Analyze unqualified products, confirm the feasible solution/method to make them to meet quality requirements分析不合格产品，确认可行的解决方案/方法，使其符合质量要求
4.review the control plan评审控制计划
5.provide the professional support t for internal and external complain (8 d, FMEA) 为内部、外部的投诉（8D，FMEA）提供专业的支持
6.Coordinate and ensure that the emergencies were properly solved in other dept. Or plant协调、保证工厂或者起其他部门的紧急情况妥善解决
7.Report to quality manager and direct leader the processing result of unqualified parts向质量经理和直属领导报告不合格处理情况


二、质量提高优化optimization of Quality improvement.
1.Improve the quality standards during production process -改进生产流程中的质量标准
2.To continuously provide proactive and economic measuring plan and methods for product development为产品开发持续提供具有前瞻性的、经济性的检测计划和测试方法。
3.Optimize quality control process优化质量控制流程
4.Reduce the scrap parts and reworking to reduce the quality cost减少报废和返工，减少质量成本
5.Assist and continuously improve quality, process capability and quality cost.协助并持续改善质量，过程能力和质量成本
6.Reduce the internal and external NRFT (PPM减少内外部NRFT (ppm)
7.Development and optimization of measuring equipment and test methods开发和优化测量设备和检验方法
8.Analyze SPC data and quality records to improve the product quality combining the GQS分析SPC-数据和质量记录，结合GQS提高产品质量
三、Audit审查
Normal layered audit, process audit常规分层审核，过程审核
四、New parts新产品
1.Attend new product meeting参加新产品会议
2.Assist the new project of APQP, to be a positive team member.协助APQP的新项目，成为一个积极的团队成员
五、Give the appropriate suggestion for new parts to project development Engineer对新产品给项目开发工程师提出适当的建议
六、Project working项目工作
Assist project team for process optimization协助项目组进行流程优化
七、Organization组织
Train all related employees about production, control plan and measurement mothod, especially in the period of process introducing and changing. 对所有员工关于生产，控制计划和测试方法进行培训，尤其是在引进和更换流程的时候

1. More than 3 years working experience in quality engineer 3年以上质量工程师工作经验.
2. Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, etc tools熟悉APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA等工具
3. Knowledge of machining, heat treatment, powder metallurgy机加工，热处理知识，粉末冶金一般知识培训.
4. Good communication skills良好的沟通能力.
