1. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to implement BTS software projects.
和客户以及内部团队一起实施BTS软件项目。
2. Assist in PLC programming and assist on project implementation on customer site on BTS PLC to ensure good performance.
对BTS设备（含PLC工控）给予协助及在客户现场给予实施协助，保证设备高效运行。
3. Remote support customer via hotline to solve software issue.
通过服务热线、平台等给客户提供远程支持，解决软件的问题。
4. Delivery projects with high quality, within time and budget by identifying and mitigating risks.
按时交付高质量的项目成果，同时控制好成本。
5. Support to test new function or improve quality of BTS products.
支持协助软件的开发、测试、调优、除虫及维护现有系统。
6. Manage project implementation documentation.
编写使用手册，用户指导手册，培训客户操作。
7. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and improve products continuously.
和内部团队协作，持续增强和完善产品
8. Support BTS internal staff daily routine job, such as spare parts stock balance, suggestion on solving software issue etc.
支持BTS内部员工的日常工作，例如：备件库存信息，解决软件问题的建议
9. Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor，manager.
完成主管、经理安排的其他任务和工作。

任职要求
1. College or Diploma in Computer science, Electrical, Automation or equivalent.
计算机或相关的大专以上学历
2. 2 years and above working experience in PLC and programming (Prefer C#) and deployment.
熟悉常用数据库如SQLServer等的部署、调优，能编写基本SQL脚本，熟悉编程语言（C#***）
3. Familiar with network knowledge
熟悉网络知识，能进行相关IT硬件、网络的配置、调试
4. PLC knowledge and experience will be a plus.
如果有PLC经验或知识，将是加分项
5. Able to work independently without much supervision, and good communication skill.
有较强的独立工作能力、较强的表达力、善于沟通。
6. Strong customer facing experiences is required
必须有深厚的和客户打交道的经验。
7. Hardworking, serious, responsible, excellent conflict management and interpersonal skills.
能吃苦、工作认真、负责、优秀的冲突管理和人际网络能力。
8. Able to travel at any time and work at customer sites
可以配合随时、频繁的出差，并且可以在客户现场工作
