2.精通常用的各类热塑性塑料物性
3.熟悉普通注塑工艺及双色注塑工艺和注塑机周边辅助设备，熟悉塑胶模具设计结构
4.具备丰富的生产现场工艺，工装调试，质量问题分析及处理经验；具备改善经验
5.基本的英文能力
