Principle Accountabilities: ? Supplier project management: o Work with purchasing and core team to select and develop suppliers through regular assessment and audit o Execute supplier APQP management o Execute supplier project management on-time deliverables with Inteva cross function team by creating master plans and KPIS based on project tracking, risk analysis, timely communication, leading or working within task force teams. o Performing of process and product related supplier audits and Run&Rate before SOP. o Ensure required Supplier PPAP information is submitted to Inteva Plant for final approval by the established target dates. o Focus on GP12 New Program Launch issues, to develop suppliers to minimize launch risks. o Global and regional support of all key supplier development in China. o Leading Implementation Supplier Value analysis/Value Engineering project. ? Technical Support o Technical leading of cross-function team for plastic injection and stamping commodity, with polymer knowledge experience as a plus, including but not limited to assessment of process know-how of new and existing suppliers, technology workshop and problem solving at suppliers. o Simultaneous Engineering in cooperation with development and supplier for realization of highest quality and reliability targets of our products
