1.Manage customer complaints activities to ensure the complaints are solved effectively and timely. 2. Utilize Quality tools and problem solving skills to analyze quality problems together with Engineering and production, to improve and maintain products/processes that are aligned with the overall quality objective. 3. Monitor the status of product quality-related improvement actions. Review results of improvement actions to ensure that actions taken are adequate. 4. Analyze data to detect quality problems and recommend corrective action. 5. Facilitate the corrective/preventive action system and follow-up on implementation and documentation 6. Conduct regular product audits to assess if product requirements are fulfilled to identify potential im-provement area. 7. Support the handling of quality issue from cross companies. 8. Keep track of customer quality KPIs. 9.Perform other related duties as assigned by QM.
1. More than 5 Years quality management or manufacture process working experience and major in Mechanical engineering relatives. 2. Familiar with systemic tools, such as SOP, PFMEA, CP, Problem Solving Skills etc. 3. Good Communication Skills both in English and mandarin. CET4 or higher level
