Customer service desk - Responsible for customer order handling Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally - Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide accurate and timely information to customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers
Supply Chain Management - Based on raw material demand and inventory level , create purchase request and Purchase orders - Monitor and manage raw material inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory - PO call off : Place PO to suppliers and follow up delivery plan , supplier invoice and payment afterwards, including domestic purchasing and import process
Transportation Planning and Optimization: - Plan and coordinate the movement of finished goods and raw materials across various modes of transportation (road, rail, air, and sea) - Monitor and track shipments, addressing any issues or delays proactively. - Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations. - Coordinate with customs brokers and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth cross-border shipments.
Requirements - Colleague degree - 2-3 years working experience in Customer service , supply chain management or sales support functions - Fluent in English (spoken and written)
