1.4 Create the PP & PO for the project process

1.6 Follow up the project approval process from the Government

1.7 Support the San Tong Shi work.
支持三同时工作。
1.8 Support the application work for firefighting.

1.9 Follow up the construction of building extension.

1.10 Organize the final acceptance of the building extension.

3.1 Make preventive maintenance plan

3.2 Establish standard facility maintenance procedure, like work instruction, emergency plan etc.
建立设施维护的标准程序，如作业指导书、应急处置方案等
3.3 Trouble shooting for equipment failure and reduce downtime.
设备故障处理，降低设备的故障率
3.4 Manage external service provider, making sure all facility and equipment well maintained.
外包服务商的管理，确保厂房和设备得到良好的维护
3.5 Equipment improvement, enable all equipment running safely, stable and high-efficiency.

3.6 Special equipment management, such as pressure vessel, crane, forklift etc. making sure comply with laws and regulations.

任职资格:
Major for electrical system or mechatronics.

1.Knowledge for construction project.

2.Knowledge for regular facility equipment, like HVAC/power system/air compressor/cooling system/firefighting system etc.
常用公用设施的知识，如暖通空调、供配电系统、空压机、冷却水、消防系统等。
3.Proficient in drawing software, like AutoCAD
熟练使用绘图软件，如AutoCAD
4.Good at MS office software.
