岗位职责：
He/She will lead the NPD Team. He will be the entry point on technical aspect between customer and factory.
He/She will have to manage, train and monitor the Project Leaders.
He/She will be in charge to keep clear and updated files on project follow-up
He/She will be in charge to manage personally most important project of the plants.
He/She will insure that his projects meets customer quality request, within the given time and within the given cost and investment.
He/She will work with a project team and be in charge to communicate with customers.
He/She will insure, with help of Quality, IE and mold engineer, that a complete documentation will be provided to production and QC explaining how to produce and how to control his product..
He/She will issue BOM & Routine on his products.
He/She will insure that mass-pro start smoothly and will remain the main technical advisor on his project.
He/She will report the status of new projects.

岗位要求：
Must :
He/She must be able to read/write & Speak English.
He/She must have a college degree at least.
He/She must be natural leader's, as they will have to lead the project leaders team and work with all other departments.
He/She must be able to manage a project. Manage cost, delay and quality. Build a schedule, follow a schedule, communicate on the schedule, lead meeting at the different steps of a project.
He/She must be able to communicate with customer about schedule and technical choice to make.
He/She must be able to analyse problems and come out with solutions and action plans.
He/She must understand about BOM and Routines.
He/She must understand about Quality. Aesthetic, Functional and Validation procedures.
He/She must have ~4 years’ experience as project leader or IE engineer.
He/She must be a good communicator and listener to work in parallel with the other departments
He/She must have strong leadership, will lead a small team of Project Leaders and is result oriented to have successful projects.
He/She must be organized. Able to store and keep update the folders of project follow-up and able to train the Project Leader to do the same.

Prefered :

He/She should know about our process of production to understand the possibilites and limits so they can take appropriate technical choice (injection and blowing is our main process)
Knowledge of an ERP.
They should know about plastics ABS/SAN/PS/PCTA/PCTG/PP/PMMA/....
Experienced in injection and blowing molds
Experienced to work with suppliers
