Responsibilities
1. On time release PO according to MRP result to make sure reasonable lead-time release to supplier.
2. Make sure every PO was confirmed back by supplier to meet the legal requirement.
3. Make material planning according to MRP result and daily material planning requirement report, make sure material readiness for production order.
4. Coordinate with IQC and supplier for incoming defective decision to ensure material readiness.
5. Communicate and coordinate with material planner, supplier on the material delivery issue to make sure production planning can be executed in most valuable schedule to minimize the cost loss.
6. Expedite supplier material delivery to ensure the material readiness, meanwhile implement MRP exception propose report to control the reasonable inventory level and minimize the excess stock.
7. Arrange defective material return and replace per KPI target date.
8. Supplier management on delivery aspect, ensures supplier fulfill contract terms and conditions.,
9. Execute procurement activities under company policy.
Requirements

1. 2 years working experience in material purchasing.
2. With experience on material planning, production scheduling, inventory control is preferred.
3. Good at Microsoft office special in Excel analyze report (data sensitive).
4. English good in written and basic in oral.
5. Good communication skill, initiative, team work.
6. SAP R/3 experience or other ERP systems.
7. College or university degree, or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain and/or Logistics Management
8. Knowledge in customs policy is preferred.
9. Ability to effectively and professionally work under pressure, in a team oriented environment, with frequent changes in deadlines and priorities.
