Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Deliver product compliance services for multiple products (ITE, Audio), including EMC design, pretest, troubleshooting, certification and maintenance.
2. Evaluate product EMC compliance requirement, cost and lead-time for target market.
3. Support innovation team on persistent improvement to schematic, mechanical, PCB layout.
4. Coordinate with Third-party for product testing and certification, including EMC, Wireless, Environmental Protection, Energy and intellectual property.
5. Work with EE to solve EMC issue with feasible and low-cost solution, build failure case library.
6. Review BOM and document EMC compliance related, including test report, user manual, label and packaging.
7. Maintain internal EMC Lab.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
2. More than 3 years of experience on product compliance, like CE, FCC, TELEC, SRRC, Bluetooth EPL, HDMI, MFI.
3. Have experience on EMC design and trouble shooting.
4. Excellent communication, organization and projects management skills.
5. Familiar with EN 55032, EN 55035, EN 300328, EN 300440 and IEC 61000-4 Series.
6. Know the Regulations of Environmental Protection, such as RoHS, REACH, PoPs, CP65 and TSCA.
7. Good English ability in reading and written, fluently verbal English is preferred
