Job Responsibilities 工作职责：
1. Drive and monitor global & regional NPD product development project execution in properly to ensure smooth & successful introduction according to project plan.
根据项目计划，推动和监督全球和地区新产品开发项目的执行，确保顺利和成功的引进。
2. Support on sourcing strategy transfer and changes, take lead certification impact analysis and change submittal to certification bodies and get change approvals from certifiers.
支持采购策略的转移和变更，领导认证影响分析和变更，并提交给认证机构，获得认证机构的变更批准。
3. Extensively read, study and analyze standard and regulation, serve as standard and regulation expert and consultant. Conduct related trainings to the team.
广泛阅读、研究和分析标准法规，担任标准法规专家和顾问。对团队进行相关培训。
4. Coach and train the team awareness of product implementation process which related to regulatory.
指导和培训团队对与法规相关的产品实施过程的认识。
5. Assist Regulatory supervisor to improve the compliance level improvement to mitigate business risk, and other daily operation activities.
协助主管提高合规水平，降低业务风险，以及其他日常经营活动。


Specific Requirements 任职资格：
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, water, material or microbiology with Min. 2 years Working knowledge of multi-national companies that related to certification/testing or Development or project management experience will be a plus.
本科或以上学历，机械、化工、水、材料或微生物学等专业均可，2年以上跨国公司认证/测试或开发相关工作经验或项目管理经验为佳。
2. Excellent spoken and written English, Good in excel, word and PowerPoint.
良好的英语听说读写能力，擅长excel、word和PowerPoint。
3. Very strong communication skills and synergize resource capabilities; 很强的沟通能力和资源协同能力。
4. Strong knowledge of compliance with legal and ethical aspects of local and global Code and conduct, water related regulations.
对遵守当地和全球规范和行为、水相关法规的法律和道德方面有很强的了解。
5. Demonstrate and foster a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieve goals in systematic way.
