Executive – ERP / SAP

岗位职责：
1. 管理SAP日常业务并为本地团队提供系统支持，作为我们本地支持和全球SAP团队的沟通桥梁，与全球SAP团队和第三方密切合作解决用户日常需求的系统问题。
2. 负责SAP SD/MMLE/PPQM等模块系统运维、异常解决、需求分析、实施推广等支持工作。
3. 负责相关模块系统功能后台配置、流程梳理、功能实施、报表产出、系统对接等。
任职要求：
1． 有ERP实施经验，或有ERP项目管理经验。SAP ECC或S/4 HANA优先考虑。有ERP支持经验，熟悉订单流程、供应链管理、物流、仓储、生产制造和财务流程的一个或多个功能。
2． 具备扎实的分析能力，评估业务流程，提出用户需求，为复杂和独特的情况提供明确的建议和系统解决方案。
3． 信息技术、计算机科学或相关专业毕业。至少3年ERP实施经验，SAP Functional经验优先考虑。
4． 优秀的人际交往和沟通能力(口头和书面)，能够有效地与供应商和同事交换复杂的信息。
5． 良好的团队合作精神，能够独立工作并与团队进行交叉沟通，能够承担责任并跟踪问题直至完成。
6． 流利的英语听说读写。
Job Description:
1. To manage SAP daily business & provide system support to the local team, act as a bridge between local support and the global SAP team, and work closely with the global SAP team and third party to solve system issues for the daily needs of users.
2. Lead SAP SD/MM/PP module operation and maintain, exception resolution, demand analysis, implementation and promotion support.
3. Lead for the background system of related module system functions, process sorting, function implementation, report output, system docking, etc.
4. Ability to handle system affairs independently and excellent follow-up.
Job requirements:
1. Experience in ERP implementation or ERP project management. SAP ECC or S/4 HANA is preferred. Have any ERP support experiences, to be familiar with any one or multiple functions on order processes, supplier chain, logistics and warehouse, production manufacturing, and finances processes.
2. Have a solid analysis skill to evaluate the business processes and come out the user requirements to propose the system solutions.
3. Graduate with major in information technology, computer science or related field. At least 3 years ERP implementation experience, SAP Functional experience is preferred.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively exchange complex information with suppliers and colleagues.
5. Good team player, able to work independently and cross-communicate with the team, able to take responsibility and follow up issues to completion.
6. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
