Qualifications Experience Minimum of 10 years in HR leadership roles with a proven track record in business transformation. Extensive experience in HR strategy, organizational development, and talent management. Expertise in change management and cultural transformation within a dynamic, global organization. Skills Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with corporate objectives. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in HR analytics, digital HR tools, and process automation. Education Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
