1.Prospect and qualify new sales leads & companies

2.Schedule in-person visits/meetings, video meetings, and presentations with leads & new contacts

3.Create, plan, and deliver presentations on STAR services to leads & new contacts

4.Track all sales activities in STAR’s CRM system and Outreach, and keep current by updating account information regularly

5.Communicate customer and lead’s pain points to appropriate departments & contribute to finding suitable solutions

6.Maintain a well-developed pipeline of leads, customers, opportunities & companies

7.Efficiently and expertly manage lead funnel from prospecting to converting

8.Efficiently and expertly manage your opportunity pipeline from RFQ to closing

9.Develop strong, ongoing relationships with leads, customers, and colleagues

10.Grow territory by revenue and number of new customers

11.Collaborate with Sales Operations to properly utilize sales tools and processes to improve sales success

12.Regularly meet with other team members and departments to discuss, plan and improve processes and sales success

13.Outline, propose and present efficient and effective sales strategies

14.Achieve KPIs as discussed and set with the Global Sales Manager/Director

15.Collaborate with other team members regarding the development of new business and cross-territory customers

16.Report & Reach out for support to the Global Sales Manager

17.Keep up to date with the industry and participate in continuous learning/training

2.Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role
