Accountability:
- Complete monthly and annual sales target. Cooperate with Supporting team to improve sales total effectiveness.
- Develop and identify key accounts;
- Complete monthly and annual forecasts for existing and potential business for business review.
- Work closely with other functions (Product, Tech Support, Logistics, etc.) to ensure the effectiveness on sales and business.
- Sales negotiation and technical related communication with oversea customers;
- Timely and effective feedback about work progress and provide solutions for existing or potential issues;
- Other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial & Civilian Construction, architectonics or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years oversea sales experience in the field of in related building construction or building material industry.
- Self-motivated, self-discipline, team-player, can work under pressure.
- Aggressive, Good listener, Result driven
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent English
