一、Purpose of the Position
Provide manufacturing technology support on New Product Development, Quality issue improvement, and mass production efficiency improvement.

二、Job Scope and Responsibilities
1) Industrial Engineering support to NPD (New Product Development)
a. Optimize 3D and 2D drawings: Improve product design for appropriate industrial mass production. Review and approve dimension and tolerance setting of the suppliers CAD documents.
b. Manufacturing processes: Lead and guide the supplier on manufacturing processes design, jigs design, gauges design to ensure production efficiency and quality stability during mass production.
2) Production bottle neck or Quality problems resolution: Leading and Supporting suppliers to improve production bottlenecks or quality problems, to ensure products on time delivery.
3) New supplier introduction: Help potential new suppliers to become qualified manufacturers, through sampling, testing, polit running, until mass production.
4) Other designated responsibilities by manager.

三、Requirements:
1. Education: College degree or above.
2. Language: Good on read and writing English. Capable on verbal communication as well.
3. Specific Experiences:
1) Understanding fundamental theory of metal manufacturing processed like machining, die-casting, extruding, sheet metal stamping, finishing… Being able to design or optimize manufacturing processes of metal products or components.
2) Any experiences on plastic manufacturing process would be a big plus, such as familiar to performance of multiple plastic materials, familiar to plastic injection, extruding, painting.
3) Skillful on using Solidworks or Pro-E to make 3D and 2D drawings.
4. Working experience: 5 years’ experience on Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering, mechanical design. Any experience on Grills, Domestic Appliance or Furniture industry would be a good plus.
