岗位职责：
1. Responsible for product design including 3D/2D/BOM, system design and Media plan solution with aid from team to meet product requirements/specification.
在团队协助下，负责产品设计，包括3D/2D/BOM，系统设计和过滤介质计划解决方案，以满足产品要求/规范。
2. Develop the product specification.
制定产品规格。
3. Build Engineering samples during NPD stage and complete the samples review/evaluation partnering with cross function team members.
在新产品开发阶段建立工程样品，并与跨部门团队成员合作完成样品审核/评估。
4. Provide technical input/spec to cross function team member to ensure the timely and quality deliverables can be achieved.
为跨部门团队成员提供技术输入/规范，以确保及时和高质量的交付成果。
5. Responsible for the quality of product design including but not limited to stack-ups, seal calculation, 3D/2D, DFMEA, technical design review, material selection.
负责产品质量设计，包括但不限于堆叠，密封计算，3D/2D, DFMEA，技术设计审查，材料选择。
6. Participate or organize product design review for NPD.
参与或组织NPD的产品设计评审。
7. Well manage and maintain the design documentations including but not limited to product specification, technical specification, change record, DFMEA, Seal calculation, Stack-ups..etc.
管理和维护设计文件，包括但不限于产品规格书、技术规格书、变更记录、DFMEA、密封计算、堆叠等。
8. Work with project team to ensure project moving forward on time, on quality and on time.
与项目团队合作，确保项目按时、按质、按期推进。
9. Support company EHS strategy and objectives.
支持公司EHS战略和目标实现。
10. Provide technical support to other function as needed.
根据需求为其他部门提供技术支持。

岗位要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical Engineering；
本科及以上学历，机械工程专业。
2. Experienced user of 3d software such as Creo, Solid works, UG etc.
熟练使用Creo, Solid works, UG等3d软件。
3. Solid knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up and filtration media.
对GD&T，公差叠加和过滤介质有扎实的知识。
4. Solid understanding of design practices for a broad range of production processes including plastic injection, casting, machining, sheet metal, etc.
对注塑、铸造、机加工、钣金等生产工艺的设计实践有深入的了解。
5. Proficient in reading and writing English.
英语读写熟练。
6. Up to 20% travel；
能接受20%出差频率。
7. Project management experience will be advantage；
有项目管理经验优先。
